Position: Transcription Reviewer - Clinical Conversation Data
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of human-generated transcripts from clinical phone calls.
Review transcripts for coverage , accuracy , and verbatim discipline to ensure alignment with project standards.
Provide specific, timestamped feedback inline in the transcript document and include a short summary.
Ensure flagging of uncertain clinical terms and adherence to formatting conventions like turn-level timestamps and speaker labels.
Collaborate to establish and maintain consistent review standards across the project.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Experience in reviewing, editing, or proofreading transcripts with a strong track record.
Background in medical transcription, clinical documentation, or legal transcription.
Attention to detail for catching errors others might miss.
Comfort with detailed written specifications and consistent formatting.
Native or near-native English listening comprehension.
Preferred
AHDI credentials such as CHDS , RHDS , or CMT .
